Laser Weapons

If electrons in similar materials are simulated with enough energy they emit a narrow beam. Lasers are also in a lot of sci-fi movies but they are not being developed even though they are used for military tactics. Lasers can be used to stop a guided missile because it jams the infrared sensors. Lasers are also useful for targeting a target and can seek and destroy it like a laser-guided missile. The lasers can also be used as weapons, some can cause serious harm but were banned from the UN in 1995. The weapons they use today are called "dazzlers" and are used to blind and disorientate the enemy. It is also used to overload enemy sensors. Lasers use reflective mirrors to project the beam. The use of lasers to destroy objects are hard because they require a lot of energy and because of airborne dust which absorbs the laser energy. But laser weapons have been proposed and developed
